Welcome To The IMS Beta

Thank you for being part of this exciting phase for IMS!

 

As someone connected to our team, we truly appreciate your time and support in helping us test and refine our app before launch. We’re counting on your feedback as an early tester. Below are key details for this round of testing.

Please note, as this is BETA, we will be removing all data from the platform at a later stage. IMS will not retain your email, profile, or any information added to the app during testing.

What we ask of you

Create a Staff Profile

  1. Use a Colorado-based address (starting market).

  2. Add/Create Packages — Set a minimum price, list tools you’ll bring, and describe your services. (Required — be creative!)

  3. Upload a profile photo, edit your profile, and explore your settings.

  4. Set your availability — Create a schedule with various days/times.

  5. Apply to gigs and accept offers.

Create a Client Profile

  1. Use a different email (tip: name+1@gmail.com works for easy tracking).

  2. When naming gigs, start with your initials. Example: CC Mike’s 50th B-Day.

  3. Upload a profile photo, edit your profile, and explore settings.

  4. Create at least 5 gigs on different dates between today and two weeks out.

  5. Accept/decline offers, hire staff, send offers, and test the chat feature.

  6. Use the following test card to simulate payment:
    Card: 4242 4242 4242 4242
    CVV: 123 Exp: 4/30 ZIP: 80202

Final Step: Give Feedback

Once you've explored the app, please complete the in-app feedback form. We’ll follow up to schedule a short discovery call.
